In a couple of weeks, you’ll be able to sign up for The Vegan Mastery Program. Created by Trevor Justice, it’s a series of 50 Lessons that will  teach you how to thrive on a plant-based diet. You can even participate in a weekly Q&A call.

Regardless of your reason for pursuing a plant based diet, and there are many, doing it right is important. Getting enough protein is almost never a problem, but certain essential vitamins and minerals can be harder to come by. Don’t be a junk-food vegan/vegetarian, eating what I call “vbd – vegan by default” foods like cake mixes, and candies, and chowing down on soy hot dogs, soy ice cream, and other “fake” foods. Do it right. Do it healthy.
