Attention Holistic Health Coaches and Wellness Practitioners,
Are you…
- Frustrated by not being able to explain in a clear and convincing way why eating organic is so important for your clients?
- Overwhelmed by the topic of environmental toxins and how they relate to your and your clients’ health?
- Unfamiliar with the links between the chemicals we encounter every day, and things like weight gain, trouble losing weight, thyroid disorders, behavioral problems, asthma, and even cancer?
- Stumped as to how to clearly articulate to your clients WHY putting plastic in the microwave is bad, WHY eating canned foods are dangerous, and WHY non-stick cookware isn’t the healthiest choice, even if you know these things to be true?
If you’re like most health coaches, the answer is a resounding “YES.” I recently conducted a survey where I asked over 50 health coaches where environmental toxins fell on their health radar, and here’s what I learned:
The vast majority of coaches…
- Know, at least to some degree, that toxins pose a significant threat to health, but feel undereducated about the entire field of chemical toxins
- Are looking for clear, current, and fact based information to back up the “this is bad for you” claims about toxins in the home & diet
- Want to share this information with their clients, but are stumped as to how to do this, mostly because they don’t feel confident in what they know
- Don’t feel they know enough about the specifics of how these toxins impact their clients health goals
- Aren’t sure where to look for this kind of information, and are overwhelmed or intimidated by the sheer amount of research involved
- Don’t have the time to do this research themselves
- Would love to have some clear, easy to understand tools with simple, actionable steps to share with clients.
So here’s what I did: I listened. As a health coach, I know you have your own niche, your own focus, and area where you let loose and geek out. Maybe for you that’s emotional eating, or juicing, or stress management.
For me, its toxins. I’m a super nerd. I LOVE doing research. I’m not a scientist, I don’t even have a science background, so I’ll be totally honest and say that some of the research I do is a little over my head. BUT, what I do have is passion and dedication to finding the right, and most current answers to what’s safe and healthy, and what’s not. I’ve gotten pretty darn good at breaking this information down into bite-sized, digestible and easy to understand chunks. So much so, that in the past 3 months, I’ve have 8 coaches ask me to be a guest expert on this topic for their coaching programs! I know this can be overwhelming. But I’m committed to bearing that burden so you don’t have to! So you can focus on what YOU love to do, while still getting the best information to support your clients in their goals.
Here’s what I did next: I put together a kick*ss preview call for my upcoming coaches training program called:
“Tools For Teaching Toxicity: The Top 3 Places Where Toxic Exposure Is Threatening Your Success With Your Clients, And How To Change It”
This fr.e.e. call is being held on Thursday, February 16th at 8:00pm EST, and is designed FOR YOU. Will you join me?
In the coming weeks, I’ll be sending you another short message with a special note…but in the meantime, mark your calendars, and hop on over to:

where you can register for the call (call in details will be sent to you right away). If you have a colleague, friend or any other health and wellness practitioner who you think would benefit from being better versed in this subject, then please forward that link to them and encourage them to join me on the 16th!
Can’t wait to “see” you on the call!
