Recipe: Ginger Mint Iced Tea

Large handful of mint leaves
a few slices of peeled fresh ginger
agave nectar
boiling water
Pour boiling water over the ginger and mint leaves, muddling the leaves a little help release their oils. Let cool, sweeten to taste and serve chilled with ice and a few mint leaves as garnish.
