Videos

A group of colleagues and I challenged each other, and ourselves to embark on an uncomfortable, but inspiring journey to create a series of 30 videos for 30 days – one video each day for the month of June. Uncomfortable, because who loves to put themselves up on the internet, vulnerable and exposed for all to see, and inspiring because taking this challenge means stepping outside our comfort zone and trying something new! So here they are – for all to see!

What did I realize about myself in doing this project? That I’m far more comfortable in front of the camera than I thought I would be!! Share with me your thoughts, and who knows… maybe this video challenge will be here for good!

There is a lot of buzz lately around the amount of toxins we’re exposed to on a daily basis, from plastic shower curtains, to water bottles and cash register receipts loaded with hormone disrupting BPA.
