For the past 9 years, I’ve been teaching this niche workshop exclusively to my Certificate Course in Environmental Health students – but since so many health professionals continue to struggle with niche-related issues in their business, I wanted to open this workshop to anyone!
During this 2-day LIVE and INTERACTIVE workshop, I’ll walk you through the same exercises that have helped my students get *crystal clear* on their niche, untangle their thinking about what they do and how they do it (this is so so important!), zero in on the language that will magnetize clients, and more!
- Get clear on the specific problems that your business solves – ie, your niche! (hint: toxins isn’t a niche, “moms” aren’t a niche, and “healthy eating” isn’t a niche…)
- Learn to untangle your thinking and communication around WHAT you do (solve a problem) and HOW you do it (the process you use)
- Uncover the exact ways that this problem is affecting your ideal clients, and what transformation they are seeking (hint: roughly 80% of your marketing is based on this language!)
- Learn how to clearly answer the dreaded “what do you do?” question in a way that has folks eagerly asking about your work!
- Identify the most effective and compelling language to use when selling your programs, courses, and services
- Create an A to Z map of your customer journey which serves as the overarching framework for your entire business! (ps: this exercise is GOLD!!)
- Learn to write effective, and high-converting copy that attracts your ideal clients or customers

Workshop Day 2
Our second day will build on everything we did the day before, culminating in finally learning how to answer the “what do you do?” question in a way that actually describes what you do, and in a compelling way!
We’ll also be mapping out the entire client/customer journey of your business, a game-changing exercise that has helped my students immediately know how to create offerings and land on the exact marketing language they’ll need to grab the attention of their ideal clients.

This workshop will be held via Zoom – we’ll all be able to see each other (if. you turn your video on), and dialog during each session.
Feel free to show up in your pajamas if you want – this is a casual gathering, but we will be working! Both sessions will run approximately 4 hours and will be recorded. Links to the replays will be sent out to all workshop participants on June 13th.
You’ll have the opportunity to work directly with me during both days – as part of the workshop exercises, I’ll be asking for volunteers to share examples of what they’ve written with the group.
Because of the nature of this workshop, you’ll definitely get the most out of it if you can show up and participate along with the group. That said, if you really want this information, you can always go through the recordings on your own time, working through the exercises as if they were live!
This is the first time I’ve offered this niche intensive outside of the Certificate Course in Environmental health. Based on the response from this experimental run, I very well may offer this again!
