I’m Lara Adler, an Environmental Toxins Expert & Educator, a Certified Holistic Health Coach, and someone who’s deeply passionate about changing the landscape of disease through addressing toxic exposures.
I teach health professionals and health enthusiasts about the links between environmental chemicals and their impact on disease states; from weight gain and diabetes, to thyroid disease and infertility, so they can better support their themselves, their families, and their clients or patients.
I’ve been teaching health practitioners about the issues with water contamination & filtration since 2012, and thought it was high time to create a small digestible course for ALL people to help them tackle their water on their own.
